Rick Ardon

Rick first joined TVW on August 7, 1978 as a news journalist, but quickly moved to the position of News Presenter.

He had previously started as a journalist with The West Australian newspaper and achieved the Selwyn Prior Award for WA Cadet of the Year.

Since he began with TVW more than 30 years ago, Rick has won 10 Logie Awards as WA’s Most Popular TV Personality.

His coverage of major events for Channel Seven has ranged from the Gulf conflict in the Middle East to Schapelle Corby’s release in Bali and the Amrozi bombing trial in Bali, as well as the Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival.

Susannah Carr

Susannah Carr is one half of Seven’s award winning 6pm News anchoring team. Susannah and Rick Ardon have presented Perth’s favourite news for over 32 years.

Highlights of her time with the Seven Network include covering the death and funeral of Princess Diana in London, the first all-race elections in South Africa where Nelson Mandela was elected President, and making a documentary inside the Kremlin in Russia.

She describes herself as a “news junkie” who is in the perfect career, and loves it to this day.

Monika Kos

Monika Kos is one of Channel Seven’s most popular media identities with over 26 years of news experience to her credit.

Career highlights include interviews with Prime Minister John Howard, Opposition Leader Kim Beazley and One Nation Leader Pauline Hanson.’

She can be seen presenting Today Tonight, 6.30pm every weeknight, on Channel Seven.
